Seems I am not the only one dealing with the same situation,
This is now several occasions where the restaurant steals by holding back the correct portions,
I walked in as they were building my subs the first time, the manager was behind the register, so asked her shouldn’t there be twice as much slices and steak on the sandwiches, she looked at me shocked that I knew the correct amount and fixed it,
Today and several other times I wouldn’t notice until I got home.
I decided to write a review since their customer service is closed after work.
My guess is the managers/owner is trying to increase profit at the cost of the customer/franchise.
I would stay away from the subway restaurants under this District Manager
Report it every time and have changes happen,
WORST SUBWAY EVER... WHEN IN TO ORDER 1ST LADY ASKED WHAT I WANTED 2ND CAME UP AND SAID SORRY WE'RE CLOSED...130PM IN THE AFTERNOON... WATCHED AS THEY WENT OUT TO SMOKE.. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE IMMEDIATELY OR GET NEW HELP
The woman that works here is the nastiest person to work in customer service. She is rude, and if you read the other reviews, I am not the only one she has completely pissed off. She needs to find a job where she doesnt have to interact with others. Stay away from this Sunway until they finally kick this woman to the curb. - also the bacon on my friends sandwich was RAW.
Zero stars.
The service was good and I didn't have to wait in line.
This location is one of the WORST PLACES I've been to. The Abby and Annie has a VERY NASTY attitude. I waited 5 to 10 minutes for her to come out of the back. She started throwing around my food, didn't want to make the sandwich like I wanted it, told me she would give me the stuff on the side to fix like I wanted it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. VERY NASTY attitude. She should be fired.
1 Star to open this dialogue. This is THE poorest excuse for a Subway restaurant in the entire United States. I have patronized a multitude of Subway restaurants over the last 20 years. I ordered a double meat, double cheese roast beef and provolone on white foot long. Things went down hill when I saw the attendant had installed a total of 4 THIN slices (on a foot long) of roast beef and 2 slices of cheese. When I questioned if this was correct, the attendant said yes it was. I told her it was NOT Subway's policy to build so little into their sandwiches, and I was willing to pay extra to have the sandwich made to order. She became belligerent, screamed for the manager (in the back), dropped my sandwich onto the counter, and walked away retorting she wasn't fi'in to deal with this a$%hole! At this point I walked away, leaving the whole thing to Subway. This particular establishment will never receive a single penny of my money, and I hope folks read this before attending such an unreasonably poor excuse for a fast food handling service! Subway Corporate, please look into this location and remedy their problem or CLOSE it down.
