Every time I have been here the subs have been well portioned with meat, not like some other Subway's that use the packets of meat

Owner or manager has decided no one should have access to a restroom after closing. Mind you, this is located inside a gas station! No travelers can use the restroom designed for use by the gas station. Whose idea was this?

I placed an order at the store by accident. I called a minute later after I saw in the email. They refused to give me a refund and told me I needed to talk to corporate. I talked to corporate and they couldn't give me a refund. They told me I needed to talk to the store. Get your act together. This is a joke.

Whatever culture these employees are from, it is one without courtesy and common sense. They are aggressive, nasty and always trying to provoke an argument. I disputed an $11 charge for a sandwich that is supposed to be in the $7 range. The "associate" tried to shout me down, insisting he was right....well, he wasn't right, and while it took several days to recover the amount for which I was overcharged (ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS!), I have realized that it is not just the employees behind the Subway counter - all of the employees in this store like this. Based on other reviews of this facility, it seems that I am not alone in reaching this conclusion. Stupidity and arrogance are a bad mix, and this store has plenty of both.

Food was excellent and service was outrageous.....

Absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere of this place screams, "Hey man, come get a sandwich, we're all friends here." Which is epic. Great sandwich too. Damn.

They don’t even know how to make sandwich. Not even their Manager. Not going again.

Filthy! Bathrooms are gross, but owner denies it. No soap or water, so I'm not sure how employees will wash their hands. Owner and most employees are very difficult to understand.
