Difficult to understand when ordering. Corner of strip mall, off road. It was a quick stop and eat.
They overcharge and don't listen. Everytime I come in here someone has a problem with their order including me. I rather go to the one near Kroger. I've seen knats and caught a bug in my sandwich
I usually order online so I can run in real quick and my food is always ready for me and the employees always kind all of those one star reviews are just being mean lol
I asked if I could get the Italian sub but with turkey instead of ham, and she said no, but she can do the spicy Italian and add turkey. Then she put ham on my sub and charged me for it. I hate ham
One of the rudest! And worst experiences ever. Blank stares and no greeting as I walked in. I had to say hello. How are you? And they still did not even ask or say hello! RUDE!! I ordered steak and cheese on a foot-long as a meal. It ended up being almost $20. (Not worth it) the bread was not fresh. Hard and gross! I was still listing off ingredients to put on my sandwich, she started wrapping up and cutting it in half. I said at least three or four times. I’m not done! I’m not done! I’m not done.. I had to wave my hands front of the glass to get her attention because she wasn’t even looking at me. She was staring off to the right, trying to listen to her coworkers talk. As the older lady handed me my food without even looking at me, and not even saying goodbye, or thank you. RUDE Again!! I said very loudly. Have a good day! Then she said” thank you bye” I will not be back! customer service has been lowered so much!
The lady at the counter, Lovleen (I may have misspelled it. Was beyond kind and patient with me as I ordered my sandwich. She is a credit to Subway!!
