Subway

If I could give this place a -20 I would. I ordered thru door dash (which I’m aware is not them). Well the dasher did not deliver my food. So DoorDash connected me with them so I could tell them what happened. I was met with hostility. They then hung up on me. Hoping it was simply a mistake I called them back and they lady wanted to yell at me, tell me they were not going to remake it , and that I was lying. I let them know since I’m at work there are cameras to prove I’m not lying. I just want my money refunded. They hung up on me again. I understand DoorDash is separate but the manner in which they handled this was completely diluted. Reading more reviews this seems to be just how they operate. Avoid at all cost!

It’s subway- the food kinda sucks - it’s about as cheap and low quality as it can be - but if you know already know that and just need a sandwich, well, this will do. Giving 4 stars because the staff here is always courteous and quick.

There is no stuffing in the wrap, had to ask for the listed ingredients in the wrap. They are not ready to feed you but to save the ingredients. One of the bad subways I’ve seen.

I don't usually have any issues with this location but why do they NOT ACCEPT coupons? What's the point of Subway the company offering the option to use coupons when the stores won't accept em? Just to get you in the store thinking because you're there that you won't leave once they deny you? Not me! There's too many other options.

Just came from this store. There is a lady who was rude and did not accept the coupons I provided. This is the first time I used it and was a pretty bad experience. Its not about the coupon, but her behavior. 03/01/24 - 5 PM. The owner should look at it. Also, subway should stop providing these junk coupons, which always goes in my trash.

So I cut out the coupon from my weekly circular, the 3 footings for 17.99 I bring it to the subway the staff member tells me the are not honoring that coupon.

People are rude. They also don’t participate in any coupons or deals.

bad place. Do not bring the discount coupon to this unit, as their computer is programmed not to accept it, even with the valid coupon, I felt offended and disrespected

The food wasn't very good, could barely communicate with the staff, and they consistently mess up orders. Save your time and money go somewhere else

I've been to several different Subways, and all of the sandwiches have been mediocre at best. I used to love Subway, but not anymore. Quality of the chicken has really gone down. Walmart Subway, atmosphere can't do better than a 3.
