Who is in charge of this place ??? Shocking !!! One member of staff when you have just eat orders too .. I was first in the que as I walked in built upto 6 waiting behind me and he was still on with just eat orders 20 mins later so I walked out and so did 2 others at the same time .. unbelievable !! Wasted my dinner break and no dinner !!!

Same as any Subway. I have to say though there was only one young woman working the delivery orders and customers as well, there was quite a queue and she struggled with English. Not a good look and probably not safe in Doncaster to be leaving one small person in charge of the money.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times, 1 member of staff with 5 people in the queue decides to start doing just eat orders. After my 40 minutes queuing I was given hardly any salad on my sandwich and the smallest dollop if mayo. Never going back.

The food is usually fine, standard Subway sandwiches, not much to say. But no gluten free bread means I couldn't find out how it was on my last visit. The service was poor, the server didn't seem to have received enough training. Polite but not very capable . Dietary restrictions: You can't rely on there being gluten free bread.

If anyone want to redeem their points be careful as the payment system is near the scanner and you end up paying for your sub instead of redeeming points. I found out this when I got home.

7pm on a Tuesday night, only worker in there was absolutely lovely, wish we got his name! let us try the sauce before putting on our sandwiches which i wouldn’t expect but was definitely appreciated, lovely man give him a raise
