Never again! Asked for extra veggies and barely got any. Subway is not what it used to be. Will go elsewhere from now on.
If i could give this establishment a 0 star i would. Disgusting establishment, they refused to remake my order when there was visibly flies parading on my sandwich. In which i had already paid for the sandwich online and they refused a refund.
Since subway sandwiches are getting smaller, really, it's only somewhat worth it if you use coupons. This subway is great, and the guy in there was very fast. This guy looked like a cowboy whipping up those sandwiches. Fastest sandwhich maker in the midwest.
They guys there are amazing (only had service from the guys) and so respectful and sweet.
I am pretty sure corporate is responsible for the large decline of sub toppings being put on a sandwich. The prices increase but quantity of lettuce, tomatoes etc. have decreased A LOT! Lettuce was
put on 3/4 of 12" sub. 4 very small tomatoes, 6 strips of green pepper, a little more generous w/onions. Subway sandwiches are not inexpensive-I'll pay the price but I'd like more on my sub.
The food was exceptionally sensational and the staff are professionally fit to provide adequate food service. Riley went out of his way to make sure that I had the proper toppings and that my bread was crisp. The precise cuts to the bread really show how much they care about properly satisfying everyone that walks through the doors.
Caucasian male that opens the store during the week, has no clue what customer service is. makes it seem like everything you’re asking for is too much when all you’re getting is a sandwich. This is the first time I’ve dealt with his feminine attitude. He needs to man up and quit bringing his personal feelings to the workplace. if you work in customer service, at least put your feelings to the side and do your job. if you don’t feel like what you’re doing is worth the pay then you need to find a different job. Customer shouldn’t have to deal with your attitude in the morning just because you clearly don’t want to get up and open the store. Not to mention you barely get there on time to open the store. Last time I went there in the morning I showed up five minutes after you were supposed to be open and you still didn’t get there for another five minutes. Then have the nerve to have attitude if I’m inconveniencing your morning. Needless to say, I will never come back to this location. Your evening crew, do their job correctly. It’s just that one person in the morning. I don’t know what kind of entitled thought process he has, but he needs to get it together.
They staff was very pleasant, and worked really hard to get all orders made up quickly given the high volume of customers!
Great sandwiches brought out to my car in a timely manner.
The service was friendly, it was a clean environment and the food was fresh.
The power had just gone out, the young man still made us our lunch.
