If you order online or via the app, I recommend you don't go here. I ordered on the app and went to pick up after i paid and the app said it was ready, just to be told by the employee that they didn't receive my order and I'd have to call corporate. I showed her where I placed my order on my phone. (Receipt and the email confirmation) She was rude and not helpful at all! ( found out later that she is the manager of that subway.) So left there and went straight to the algood subway and they made my food and called their manager and helped me right away with the situation. The algood employees were super helpful and friendly.
Great food and great service
AFTER I placed my order - and paid - they call and say “we’re out of everything you ordered” - seems odd since I ordered 2 diff subs and a kids pizza. And they say they can’t refund me I have to go through the app. Whoever runs this place has an easy job - order meats order cheese order bread - get it together it’s a remedial job at best.
This location doesn’t honor classic sandwhiches. So when I ordered a meatball sub which is ordinarily 8 bucks for a foot long, I got charged $13 for “the boss” which is meatballs and a specific cheese and pepperoni. An xtra 5 bucks for pepperoni I didn’t get.
