Listen!!! When I tell you the owner and manager of the Subway at this location went above and beyond to accommodate a small mistake ! So I ordered a Subway Sandwich Tray on Sunday the manager took my order very nice with great customer service, the pickup was for Tuesday at 10am. On the day of my pickup the manager and I get there at the same time and she greets me only to realize my order had not been made! She jumped right in and apologized and started helping make my order on the spot! The owner comes in and greets me and finds out my order was not made, he was so very apologetic and I told him that it's okay I set the time an hour ahead just in case. The owner stood with me and we had a great conversation as the manager and other employees made my order within 10 minutes with a dozen cookies for free! This is what put it over the top....the owner carried my order to my car in the rain!!!! Without an umbrella! I had to thank God for them and how they blessed me! Subway shouts out to this amazing staff at this location....Job well done please recognize them!
I went to subway yesterday and thought it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and one worker named Mauricio was especially good and was very polite. Would come again in the future.
Ordered the chicken bacon ranch like i usually do, Sandwich was good, one of their workers named “alex” came to take my order very helpful and had good conversation. overall decent experience from this store compared to other’s i’ve been to.
These people not only hate their jobs they hate your sandwich too
No stars for a place that won't treat paying customers with respect. I'm going to call the better business bureau and see how long your contract will stay in tact with walmart. Good luck
