There is only kids working here and can't get anything right. They will not answer the phone when you try calling to let them know.

I used to go here once a week with work colleagues and the management was great, ingredients were fresh, and the building was clean. Things have really fell to the wayside. I almost walked out but decided to only top my sandwich with what looked halfway fresh. Staff had no clue about anything. Didn’t know what a wrap was and tried to make me a flatbread twice. Maybe they were new. The inexcusable thing is they he ingredients overall were not fresh and the cleanliness. I hate to be one to complain but I will sing your praises if you do a good job and take care of your keep a clean work area. Person cutting meat with no gloves and I left a great picture of the glass barrier over the ingredients. Wonder how long since they’ve cleaned it. Might check back in a few months to see if things have improved any but for now. Don’t recommend.

This subway just keeps getting worse every time I visit. This is our last time visiting this subway. The food is awful. The female employees looks miserable and can't fix a simple sandwich. The bread is always as hard as a brick and it cut my lip. The two teenage boys are awesome and always to do an amazing job. This subway needs to try again and do better.

Do not order online. They will mess it up. Go inside and order

New manager was awesome the food was awesome don't change a thing where has that manager been she needs a raise even though she's new

If you can’t work stoned, maybe don’t. Moving at a sloths pace, and clearly not actually being present mentally is not only a trashy thing to do at work, but also firable. Hopefully the manager gets on that. Not leaving a low star review because this location isn’t usually like that. Maybe hire better next time.

Would give this place a zero if I could. Will absolutely never go back. I will never understand how you can mess up an online order when it gives you basic instructions as to what goes on a sandwich. Not to mention the rude unwelcome attitude you get when you walk in. The bread is burnt and I’m missing ingredients.

I ordered on the app and I arrived at the place twenty minutes after ordering. They asked, “Did you order?… Oh, do you still want your order?” It was an order of five sandwiches and a salad. They got all of them WRONG. $45 worth of sandwiches wrong. Then we went back and had them remake them. They remade them, but they were soggy and were just awful. The employees were lazy, one of them was high, and there was a friend of theirs just hanging out at one the tables, with stuff all over the table.
