The owner of this franchise place does not honor Subway coupons that are mailed out to customers. We were not aware of this until we visited this location, and the owners email response to my inquiry about this was just making up excuses that they cannot afford to honor these coupons because they would lose profits. I would recommend staying away from this location they do not respect you as a customer.
This store doesn’t take the corporate coupons, which I don’t understand since corporate reimburses the store. So left and went to Jersey Mikes, which in my opinion rates higher anyways. It must be the Karen manager.
Ordered a BLT salad from this gross restaurant and as I bring It back to my desk to eat it and open the lid a cockroach crawls out and I had to quickly kill it and put the lid back on. This is hands down the grossest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Called up to speak to the manager and she was rude and said she couldn’t do “shit” unless I brought back the container and my receipt. Stay away!!!
The pickles had mold and the lettuce was brown when I last went here. Before that was a good experience. Not sure what happened.
Loved the way we were served! Taking care of everything. Listening to understand what specific things we didn't want.
Received a buy one get one 12 inch coupon in my email. Logged onto subway app. It registered coupon on my order and the app said it was applied. The receipt proved differently. I was charged full price. They have no idea how to build a sandwich. They put all meat cheese and veggies on bun then covered that with dressings ordered. Result was a wet wrapper and perfectly dry sandwich. I complained and owner, Lisa Walker, said too bad. so sad please come again. I think not.

Came in today at 6:50pm and 2 nice young men were working both were super friendly :)
