I was next to be served. From then on I stood there for nearly 10 minutes with 3 staff behind the counter. I waited patiently to place my order whilst one member of staff was stood putting sandwiches in the toaster waiting for them to finish and then putting another in. Not once did anyone say “be with you shortly” etc. no apology for the wait. Could’ve started my sandwich or spoke to me at the very least. I asked if anyone was serving, in which, the lady responded with “I’ll finish these first if that’s ok?”. I just felt the absolute basics of customer service wasn’t met. Didn’t acknowledge me once.
Visited today and would like to say I was served by to lovely ladys ,very polite and jolly ,food was excellent,will be going back ,very good customer service
Ordered the steak melt service was very polite and quick the staff have a good sense of humour and food was hot and delicious highly recommend
Popped in to grab lunch (I went for the steak and cheese & an apple tango, my fave) & was served by two young smiley women. Food was great & service was even better! I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks subway hednesford!
I have just brought two salads turkey both with double meat and grated cheese, the first guy was lovely, when our bowls were passed to Jerome for filling , when I say I could count the lettuce pieces that is no exaggeration, they are the worst salads we've ever had from a subway. He wasn’t interested in doing his job at all. I tipped my salad into my husbands salad to make one. So realistically it cost us over £12 for one salad! Shocking. How you can justify this is beyond me. We use subway a lot, this has to be the worst. Jerome in my opinion needs retraining if not sacking.
