I met Kelly yesterday after another Subway messed up my order. Without question she made the sandwich again and apologized for the mistake. I’m going through chemotherapy and was on my way to the Cancer Center. I was nervous even approaching her after the way I was treated on College Ave. I will only visit the Airport location, now. Kelly was a breath of fresh air in a market where good customer service is hard to find! Thank you, Kelly for being an amazing human! I appreciate you!
The Airport Rd Subway used to be good. There were good people who used to work there and managers too! I quit going when it seemed staff didn't care or said: words rolled off the tongue and meant nothing. I never went back to Subway on College due to the guy who was gonna make my sandwich touched his face and hair. YUUUCK! I immediately left! They have no hot water to wash your hands either. If you want customers ...give and do more. I do love their cookies. Funny thing, we got alotta terrible people no matter what age when customer says ty OTHER PERSON SHOULD SAY YOU'RE WELCOME OR NO PROBLEM INSTEAD OF A PATHETIC UHMM AND YEP. IT'LL MAKE MOST PEOPLE NOT RESPECT YOU OR LOOK AT YOU LIKE U HATE YOUR JOB SINCE YOU'RE WORKING LAZILY AT A JOB! TOO MANY AWFUL PEOPLE HAVE MOVED HERE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!
Service was excellent! The lady working should get a raise. Too bad I didn’t get her name.
Just don't have anything that I want anymore. Way too skimpy and just too much for a sub sandwich.
The two teenage girls working were hitting a dab pen when I came in, they put black forest ham on a spicy Italian, and the meatballs in my sub were ice cold after they made me wait for them to heat it up. Not a very good establishment.
