Subway

It was a bad experience for us in this restaurant. The manager was very rude and the quantity they put is small compared to other branches. When we asked to increase the quantity, they asked us to pay, but in a rude and disrespectful way. One of our orders was a tuna sandwich, and they put two spoons, as they said, but it was not full, and they thought it was a full portion. Don’t recommend at all.

I placed an order online for two footlong subs but when I went in to pick them up, the employees told me they didn’t receive my order. I showed them my receipt and even a statement that the money was taken out of my account. They gave me a supervisors phone number and told me to call him. When I called and explained the situation he admitted that this has happened before where there is a glitch in the system between the orders that are made online and them not going through on their end. He said he refuses to give me the subs because he is losing money and told me to call corporate if I want to resolve the situation. I tried cancelling my order but there wasn’t an option to do so. I walked away without my food although I was charged for it.

Halfway thru our meal and they decided to charge us for our water cups. I would have been happy to pay for the cupe but they charged us $3 per cup for 2 cups of water. $6 down the drain. That was rude and won't be coming back

Do not allow Subway coupons. Franchise owners too cheap to honor them and skimp out on everything else.

I went to this subway inside Walmart usually in evening hours some times mornings but anywho everytime I go there the workers are always in the back laughing and talking while customers are literally just sitting there waiting a few people has left including myself so I go to the aunti Anne’s right next to subway and the young girls that was working yesterday Saturday may 14th at around 5pm was very very awesome respectful good customer service and made my pretzels exactly how I want them good job girls this ain’t the first time these young ladies are wonderful but like I said the subway on the other hand was trash rude attitude and just not at all nice and this is every time I go there even couple of my friends stayed the same thing I hope manager see this review and have a talk with the subway employees

I ordered a sandwich with rotisserie chicken, and the pieces weren't shredded up enough. Also was about $9 for a 6 inch sandwich.
