The photo attached is AFTER they added the "double meat" that I had to drive back to the restaurant for after paying 4$ extra for it. Ordered a mobile pick up order. Order a DOUBLE meat sub (paid 4$ extra for double meat) they didn't even put a NORMAL size order of meat on it. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant and when I got there THEY GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT SAYING THIS IS WHAT I ORDERED!! They played the "language barrier" card when I started asking if that's what a double meat sandwich looks like, which I did calmly and politely. Disgusting service from a rude staff who can't even answer your questions, even when you ask nicely and patiently.
Worst Subway I've ever been in. Only thing it had going was it was clean when I walked in. Employee's have an attitude all the time. They skimp on meat and cheese on the subs. CORPORATE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN.
I couldn’t believe the excessive prices, lack of selection, and rude service. $18 for a foot-long, two Gatorades and a tiny bag of chips?! You’ve got to be kidding! They only had one flavor of chips of any kind and no fountain drinks. When we complained, an employee was very rude and made an inappropriate negative comment about, “you Americans...” Seriously? I’ll drive a few miles to Wawa before going to this place again.
Hours say til 730 on Sunday. Got there at 6:55. Open sign was still on. I tried to open the door- the door was locked and the employees turned the open sign off right in front of me...if youre closing early it's one thing. It's another to be rude about it
Ordered a Footlong Monster steak sub, the lady made some sort of ham and cheese sandwich. When I questioned her, she got visibly irritated. Then the other worker had to make our correct subs. Skimped on the meat too. This location is aweful, avoid it if you can.
Maybe new management or new owners, but the services is as good as ever and a pleasant change from fast food! They get my vote, two thumbs up!
