A Ukranian style rye-wheat pan loaf. Ours is made with 100% stoneground sifted rye, hard red spring, and whole wheat. Since Ukraine is located on the "wheat-rye" border, you can find quite a lot of recipes amongst artisanal Ukrainian bakers combining those grains.
