Strange Delight

A contemporary take on the classic oyster bar, located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, close to BAM, Barclay's, the Paramount Theater, and Atlantic Terminal. Strange Delight finds its influence in the city of New Orleans and is also inspired by the rich history of oysters in New York. Our menu consists of local and regional seafood prepared in a variety of styles: dishes like Charbroiled Oysters and Shrimp Remoulade share the stage with classic seafood towers and Oysters Rockefeller. A rotating selection of larger plates features items such as Striped Bass Almondine and a seafood-boudin stuffed Red Snapper.
