4.8 ABV. This Mexican-Inspired Lager is best defined by the word “crisp.” Both dry and refreshing, Agua Santa is made from high quality pilsner malt, flaked maize, and noble hops. 5.2 ABV. Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer.

7.5%ABV. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, many say, and if you are a beer geek there is no better way to start the day than with a powerful, complex morning stout. This is the beer that started it all for Mikkeller. Oatmeal Stout brewed with coffee and seven different kind of malt (Pils, Oat, Smoked, Caramunich, Brown, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate), roasted barley, oat flakes, hops (Centennial, Cascade), American ale yeast and gourmet coffee. Aroma is a combination of malts, caramel, chocolate and coffee. The body is medium with light coffee and chocolate flavors with a creamy texture, average carbonation and a bitter edge on the finish. A beer that goes extremely well with breakfast.

11.5% ABV. One Big Bad Imperial Stout with Cocoa nibs and Coffee beans. Each season's release uses a different dark roasted coffee.

8.5% ABV. We crafted this experimental gem of a DIPA with heaps of HBC 586, Citra Crvo, and Mosaic Crvo hops. The result of this lupulin power trio is akin to descending a blueberry milkshake waterslide and being gently delivered into a ball pit filled with fresh, ripe tangelos. We feel sad for you if that doesn't sound like something you want to experience.

8% ABV.Join the celestial jam session in this amped-up rendition of Cosmic Crisp. Crafted with Northwest blueberries and Cosmic Crisp apples, these rockin’ electric blues will transport you straight across the galaxy.

10.2% ABV First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for six-to-eight weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

10.3%ABV Dark Till Dawn is a big-bold Russian Imperial Stout that tastes surprisingly smooth for 10.3%. Notes of chocolate, espresso and raisins are supported by a full body and just enough hop bitterness.

11% ABV Throughout the ages, Dragon’s Milk has been used as a term to describe potent ales and elixirs worth of celebration – a reward at the end of the journey. We are proud to be stewards of that ancient tradition today, hand-crafting each batch of Dragon’s Milk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout in Holland, Michigan. The best liquid in our house is now yours. Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three month stay in bourbon barrels.

4.8% ABV Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It’s a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party.

9.5% ABV Nose is loaded with Belgian yeast character of banana and clove with an equally fruity body balanced with a light, earthy hop character. Savor notes of orange and spice followed by a dry finish.

4.8% ABV Craftsman's take on a Bavarian-style Wheat Beer. Traditional & unfiltered: A pleasant malt sweetness with overtones of banana and clove.

9% ABV Hoptologist Double India Pale Ale. An American Double India Pale Ale that packs a punch when it comes to hops. The aroma and flavors will give you citrus and pine with a slight malt sweetness that finishes dry.

8% ABV The gnomes of Fairyland are particularly fond of this golden beer. LA CHOUFFE, with its slight hoppy taste, combining notes of fresh coriander and fruity tones, is the drink which gives them their zest for life. At least, that's what these imps say when they are thirsty. Their secret used to be jealously guarded from one generation to the next until the day they shared the recipe with humans to seal their friendship. Of all the legends from the wonderful region of the Belgian Ardennes, the tale of LA CHOUFFE is the one which most merits re-telling.

6% ABV POUR HARD! Dark & delicious, America’s milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bless of milk chocolate fullness. 6% Sour ale Conditioned on passion fruit, this beer is Tropical and tart.

5.9% ABV Nitrogenated oatmeal stout. Silky, chocolately goodness that is still drinkable.

5.4% ABV This is not your Grandpa’s Pale Ale: this beer is bright, beautiful, fresh and very hop forward. It is dry hopped at a similar rate as IPA, but clocks in at 5.4%, which means this Pale Ale was meant for savoring the thirst quenching notes of ripe melon, mango, and citrus.

6% ABV Apricot Pie of the Tiger is brewed with Apricot Puree, Cinnamon and Lactose to create a slightly acidic front, balanced with a smooth hint of Cinnamon and Pie Crust. The harmonious warmth and richness of the ingredients are sure to remind you of a freshly baked Apricot Pie!

Cream Ale

6% ABV Our Signature beer. Brewed to the same recipe in all locations. A very robust Red ale made with Centennial and Cascade hops which lend a spicy finish to the beer. We have brewed more Sharkbite Red ale than any other beer on our menu. Alcohol Varies.

11.25 ABV Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them.
