Stone Tavern

Stone Tavern originally opened in 1936 with Walter and Margaret Fortner. The business closed in the early 80s and the building eventually was bought by James Pickup. Pickup moved here from England and loved the tavern. He said it made him feel like he was home. Throughout the years Pickup decided to return it to its formal glory and that he did. The Stone Tavern will be opening its doors back up to the public on November 1, 2024 with a touch of British flare.
