Steaks & Chops
Our steaks are oak-grilled, over an open wood fire. (please note the open flame will impart a subtle char to the exterior of each wood-grilled steak which is not an indicator of interior steak temperature). All steaks are served with a choice of two side dishes: garlic mashed potatoes, Delmonico potatoes, baked potato, hand-cut fries, butternut squash or green beans. Add to any steak: sea scallop, jumbo gulf shrimp, truffle butter, crumbled gorgonzola for an additional charge.
