Located in the heart of historic "Christmas City". Steak & Steel is Bethlehem's first and only full scale hibachi, sushi, and gastropub establishment. Providing a cozy atmosphere and friendly wait staff paired with traditionaly prepared Japanese cuisine! Guests can enjoy the space in four different venues! Belly up to our bar featuring four 60" TVs, contemporary music, craft cocktails, and an extensive local craft sake, beer, and spirits selection. Converse with chefs and observe sushi being prepared at our sushi bar.
