Steak 'n Shake

Update: I ate inside recently and was underwhelmed. They only have kiosks now so you can't order from an actual person. To me their brand reads old school diner and kiosk only customer service makes no sense. Order at the kiosk and pick up when then order is called. No human interaction. I am a fan of kiosk ordering but I would like the option to order from a person. Our drink/shakes came out well after we received our meal. Also, the employee that was wiping down tables during our recent visit showed too much skin in an area you don't want to see while eating. Previous: Steak n Shake is a non fast food restaurant with a window. I don't expect fast service but the food is typically really good. I love their shoe string fries, especially when they are covered with cheese. Burgers are good quality and flavorful.

Always love their garlic burgers and u like the buns that are used with their burger sandwiches in general. Idk why but I do lol.

Not like it use to be. Food great. Have to order at kiosk. This place use to be booming. People everywhere. Atmosphere not the same.
