Steak 'n Shake

It was drive thru only. Not what we were looking for. Shame because we love Steak and Shakes. Didn't even bother, just left.

Generally when my friend and I come from Tampa traveling to Winter Haven, we for the most part always stop here while traveling through Lakeland. Their steak burgers are on point and not dry. Fries are hot and fresh. Customer service is pleasant as well.

Food was terrible all raw, my kid got close lined by a server, and there were rats and mice running down the walls Vegetarian options: All meat and even do I love sucking meat it's not vegan approved Dietary restrictions: I couldn't eat Parking: It's impossible to park at stake and shake Kid-friendliness: So u friendly my kid got close lines by a server Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessibile at all the entire store at stairs

Shoe string fries were ok..seemed a bit stale but the chix fingers were great! Upon walking in we were directed to use the kiosk to order and they walked off..as they didn't even have registers for cash?! Seemed a bit rude to me cause all I thought of was what if I cldnt read and they didn't even ask or say anything to us at all. Customer service was awful and probly won't return.

The grill Cook tonight George made sure my food was perfect he made my burger look like it’s supposed to be on a commercial it was so juicy and delicious
