Steak 'n Shake

Will not eat there because of their self-service kiosk there are four of us and we went to Mr subs instead hire more employees

The location and people were just fine. Store clean, staff looking sharp. I was just disappointed the old taste of the burger was gone. It reminded me of Wendy's. Steak n Shake was known for thin patties with a great beefy flavor, crispy edges, flat top toasted buns. This wasn't really toasted, no crisp edges, flavorless except for catsup, and extremely greasy. I went there hoping for a nostalgic experience and didn't find it.

Everything is now automated not like it used to be when they actually had people who cared for their guest at this location. The workers here won't even look at you to give you sub par food can't recommend giving your business to them anymore

Terrible service french fries were recooked in old grease. They refused to give me my money back. I will never go to that location again

Cannot recommend giving this place your business. Waited for 30 minutes to get our food with only two orders ahead of us. Then they forgot an item and waited another 3-4 minutes to get the missing cup of chili. Waiting was bad enough but then the food was lukewarm to boot. I understand drive thru business often gets priority over in dining or staffing may have been an issue tonight, but this just didn't add up to ever wanting to visit this place again.
