Steak 'n Shake

Went through the drive through and they said there was a 30 min wait for food because they were short handed.

Good is always good It's terrible how the steak n shake restaurants have all changed.

On Friday the 9th we went through the drive through around 6 PM. No one was in line. We did notice a few couples heading inside the restaurant. We were acknowledged at the drive through speaker and we were asked to wait. A short while later another person came on and said they couldn’t take our order but we could come inside. The person said there were only 2 people working and they had a large group inside. We left.

The food is barely acceptable, and there is no service anymore. You place your order on a tablet and wait to be called. This is not the same business as it was just a few years ago. They hate having to interact with in-store customers.

Whoever the night manager was he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before we were even approached. The drive thru had been closed and the one other customer had already been served. So they legitimately had 0 orders. Eventually the manager came up to talk to us. He walked up and started immediately telling us we are at the wrong place. He wouldn't even check my receipt or help me in any way. Hope he steps on all the legos

I did a drive through on a very cold day. Thanks for being open.
