500 years of hard work went into making this beer that features the aroma of orange peel, coriander and herbs that the merry monks imported from sunny Curacao. Speaking of which: pouring Hoegaarden is just like letting the sun fall into your glass: light yellow and naturally murky. And the soft foam adds a cloudy finish. And then there’s the soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes… ah, just go ahead and taste it instead of reading about it! 4.9% ABV

A kettle sour brewed with grapefruit, lime peel, and Himalayan pink sea salt | Sour-Fruited Gose 4.8% ABV

The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever. 8.3% ABV

Massive late additions of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops give this beer a strong tropical aroma and flavor. A simple grain bill of 2 row base malt, wheat, and flaked oats give this beer a beautiful full body; and the high protein content contributes to a pleasant haze. To further accentuate the tropical flavor and aroma we double dry hop this beer with Vic Secret hops. Vic Secret is a newer aroma hop out of New Zealand characterized by its strong tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Even with the massive amount of hops we use this beer comes in at only 35 IBUs; low in bitterness but huge in hop flavor. 7% ABV.

Pours a hazy orange with a rocky white head that lasts, and leaves soft lace on your glass as you sip this refreshing beer. American Citra and Chinook hops dominate the aroma, yielding a citrusy, floral bouquet. The hops give a nice bitter bite to the flavor, but this beer is surprisingly well balanced with a full body and smooth malty flavor to back up the hops. It finishes smooth and crisp with a lingering hop flavor reminiscent of fresh ruby red grapefruit. 6.7% ABV

Our Door County Cherry Wheat pours a golden, orange hue. The frothy two finger off-white, slightly pink-tinted head fades to leave a spotty lace. The slight aroma of cherries doesn't over power the soft wheat smell. These flavors play wonderfully together, neither overpowering the other in taste. With a medium-light body, Cherry Wheat leaves you with a mildly tart Montmorency cherry finish. 5.4% ABV

Pours a brilliant blonde-gold with a white fluffy head. Biscuit and honey aromas from Vienna and Munich malts blend with herbal and spicy hop notes from Mount Hood and Czech Saaz hops. The medium body yields a robust malty-sweetness, while a mild, balanced hoppiness leads into the crisp finish. 6.8% ABV
