State Street Brats

The service here was good and it is a cute place. I ordered the Beyond burger and waffle fries (waffle fries are an upcharge). The beer and Burger were good but the $4.00 up charge for the fries were not at all worth it. They were cold and stale. If it were not for the fries the meal would have been good.

So sorry wanted better but very pedestrian not great bar food. White brat good, red brats overcooked and dry, pretzel bites and fries fine. Also had doughnuts which were pretty solid when hot. Cheese curds … terrible almost hard overcooked … Culver’s cheese curds are infinitely better. A bit pricey for adequate bar food.

Típico bar de estudiantes en Madison. La comida está bien. Lo mejor es el buffet de extras q le puedes añadir a tu plato. Mogollón de salsas y refill de bebida. Nos gustó bastante.

Shockingly good brats

Delicious Wisconsin brats and meats right in downtown area. May be not the super best, but good and cozy.

Food is awesome, great madison environment. All you can drink Thursdays are great too.

Ordered food and had my number but noticed it was taking a long time and then noticed people that ordered after us were already eating. Looks like they lost our order some how but after asking several times they asked what we ordered and just went and got it for us.

Years and years ago all you heard was give me a State and a Brat. State was the beer of the time. The menu has exploded since the olden days. They have been in business on State Street for many, many years.
