Starr Bar

Starr Bar is a nightlife venue in Bushwick, Brooklyn that celebrates and supports movements for social justice. We host parties, mixers, live music, open-mics, karaoke nights, fundraisers, film screenings and film shoots. Come though for our delicious cocktails and the pan-latin food from La Cantina! Starr Bar is a 2100 square foot event space, featuring a full bar, multiple seating areas, a large dance floor, a high-quality sound system, a HD projector with 12x7 ft screen, and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. We are located a mere ½ block from the Jefferson stop on the L. We work closely with our sister project, Mayday Space, to amplify movement-building programming.
