Starfish Sushi has faced some exciting changes recently with new ownership. The new owner and Chef, John Lee, has a history of running successful Sushi Restaurants in the United States. Having learnt his craftsmanship from the hearts of Tokyo, his first restaurant was Nikko Sushi in 1989, in the Norther Suburbs of Chicago. After his success from his first restaurant, John has opened another restaurant in Batavia in the spring of 2004, named S.W.O.R.D.F.I.S.H., which was an expansion to a contemporary sushi and grill restaurant that delivers fine dining at its best. With these two success cases, John has opened his 3rd restaurant in Lincolnshire, where his success will continue and spread joy to all the Sushi lovers in the area.
