The nice guy who used to work here quit & the store fell off hard. All the employees are either rude or don’t care, and my drink is always made wrong or not even stirred

I had a Carmel macchiato from here that was just 2% milk. It was terrible. But staff is great and it’s in target. Wins at the end of the day. But maybe ask for less milk than normal. Idk…
