So I go to this location 2 times min per week for my wife and I. I only have $100 Bill on me and they can’t break it at 1pm. They can rob us for $10 per Coffe but can’t risk taking my $100. I drove up to the other location on Summitview and they were great. No way they can’t break it there is always a line and if you are worried it’s not real say only with ID or whatever. So annoying I appreciate the other location but I’m done with Starbucks and their $10 coffees. Plenty of competition in WA.
Starbucks will forever be a staple because the coffee is good but walking into the store and seeing barista’s with AirPods in makes me feel like the customer experience is not the top priority. The barista who took my order at the front was dismissive, rude, and had an airpod in one ear. I worked at Starbucks for 6 years (left about a year ago) and that has NEVER been okay. Starbucks was supposed to be the “3rd place” where you’re supposed to feel welcomed and I felt like the barista’s were all annoyed that they were there and having to help customers. Not a pleasant experience, unfortunately. Starbucks has become the fast food of coffee and the customer experience has been thrown completely out of the window.
Everything about Starbucks is great including the drinks, food and desserts but the prices could be a little lower.
I frequently purchase an iced mocha and a newspaper here during my morning walk. Service is always excellent. My complaint is with management. They recently installed new payment machines, and rather than improving on the old system, they have made it worse. Under both systems it is impossible to leave a tip for your workers when paying with a credit card. This is the only take-out business I know of that treats their workers like this. Also, under the “new and improved” system, I cannot pay for my newspaper and mocha in the same place. I have to go through the grocery store checkout to pay for the paper. Very inconvenient and unaccommodating. Please do better!

Took my kids to get a dragonfruit refresher. Everyone was really nice, service was quick. Drink was also delicious!
