Understaffed. Nice large location. Thankful to have one in the riverside area. But slow because (it seemed) only two ppl were working.

I ordered ice americano add 2 shots. The test like water. The coffee maker said she didn’t do anything wrong???

Needs cleaning...

Quite literally has 13 year olds as employees who invite their friends over to play and scream and create an extremely chaotic environment. not a nice atmosphere to try to enjoy yourself and relax. The employees genuinely acted like they were young teenagers screaming and running around with their random friends that they invited in. Very disappointing.

Cashier is rude and acts like doing her job is a extra task that she doesn't feel like doing. Cashier is the person who sets the tone for the experience and this girl had me aggravated in a matter of seconds.

Don’t recommend on weekends at all. Staff is much more professional, knowledgeable,& efficient durning the week.
