Starbucks

This starbucks has gone downhill in many ways . Pink drinks are not being made correctly . I often get way too much milk put into it which makes it look more white rather than pink , it definitely does not look like the advertised picture displayed on the menu same with the iced matcha lattes. Drive thru takes forever to even get acknowledged, and you’ll be sitting there a good 20 minutes after your order is taken. A few employees i see often at the window are not that nice. Overall, atmosphere and quality needs work.

Slowest drive through ever. Each car spends five minutes at the speaker and window. Will be waiting 30 minutes for one drink.

Always so friendly and get my order right every time

Absolutely terrible service, took 25 min for 2 coffees and no line. The employees were to busy talking to one another to care about the customers orders. Employees fail to realize that without customers they don’t have jobs.

There is a girl there who will constantly make your drink wrong every single time. Pretty sure it’s on purpose. I have always been nice but that girl is just rude and makes my drink wrong. I watched her make it wrong and asked her if she could not add stuff to my drink that I didn’t ask for and she ignored me. Then places drink at the counter that was made incorrectly. Do not come to this Starbucks!

Horrible place, took 20 mins for me to get a drink. There was no line all the employees were joking around and not doing anything when I asked if my drink was almost ready they ignored me. Never going back again❗️❗️

I've been going to this location for years now, and I've rarely had a good experience. My nitro cold brew has been sent out as a normal more times than I can count. They've frequently charged me more for the exact same drink than other locations around the city. Every single time you go through the drive through, it's an insanely long wait time. The staff always sells you pastries that they've ran out of. I've never experienced any of these scenarios with such regularity at any other Starbucks location.

At 21st and Amidon they lock the Bathroom doors, not a fan of that, but do understand because of the area.
