Terrible experience. Do not order in person. Starbucks should give the employees the option for them to turn off mobile orders because this shop was clearly overwhelmed by that and the drive through. I never got my order after ordering in person and had to go up and ask again. I waited another ten minutes before finally getting my order which was not right. They did give me a $4 gift card which I appreciate but honestly would have rather just got my money back.

Good SBs. I use the app and my order is always there when I walk in. I see some of these reviews complaining about this place being too busy... you're in Waltham. Use the app or do better at planning your schedule. Someone even mentioned they asked them to clean the machines and remake their drink... what a clown.

Love the efficiency of this location! Very quick and easy to get in and get out, even considering the busyness of the location! They got my girl and I's drink orders right and the staff were very pleasant to deal with! Would go again if I'm ever in the area again!

Rushed drinks with no care if they taste bad . Tried to get a drink remade and asked them to clean out the machine . They refused because there were too many orders in queue and told me to wait half an hour . Gross . Go elsewhere
