Jasmin was our Barista We asked how much a glass was... she said she didnt know... if you dont know the answer... go find out. Then you'll have the answer for next time. She didn't even try to find out, until I said, "well I guess it must be free then..." I ordered a hot drink and when I asked for a sleeve she said, "we don't have any." Didn't even offer to double cup it for me Cool no worries, I'll walk around and just burn my hand instead
The worst service ever. The “manager” was absolutely rude and unprofessional! I came in to have my drink remade because at a different location (down the road) the sweet barista ordered my coffee wrong! Mind you, we all are wearing mask! So I understand it can be hard to hear or speak! Anyway, I happen to already be at this location here when I realized my drink was made wrong so I was hoping they could fix it (barely sipped it)! From the beginning that “manager” had an attitude! She didn’t want to make my drink and then the audacity to “explain” why they couldn’t fix it. I wouldn’t even have cared if she charged me for it! It’s just disturbing and sad that people are so quick to judge, especially towards people who are keeping the business going! Ridiculous! Also, I think that management can use some training to obtain and offer proper customer service!
The management here is absolutely ridiculous!
