Wildly expensive. $7 for a medium mocha. No other Starbucks charges these prices in the area.

Drinks continue to be made wrong …not worth the prices that have gone up, iced coffee has tasted awful the last several times I’ve tried from this location

I’m currently sitting in this Starbucks and I placed a mobile order 35 minutes ago. We went up and asked where the drinks were and they said they would make them soon. There is no cars in the drive through and it is not busy in here. There is five other people who have been waiting the same amount of time as me. Ridiculous

Unfortunately, my most recent visit to Starbucks here in Troy was not good. The manager of this store was currently running the drive thru, probably because of being short staffed or something. As a manager though, I would hope you have the best customer service skills considering you’re running a team that should be exhibiting these same skills. This was not the case during my visit, the manager had a bad attitude and barely spoke to me during our interaction. From the speaker to the window, she was rude and short with me. I usually don’t have this issue with the baristas, they’re all usually pretty nice!

Coco was the sweetest!! She even gave me recommendations to spice up my drink, which I appreciated a lot! She was quick, attentive and super sweet! I never leave reviews but I had to bc she was great!

Starbucks is good

Too expensive employs there are rude cocky and don't listen to what you want completely screwed up my drink I'll never go back
