The cappuccino was good with extra shot

I can’t even give a one star on this location. We ordered 2 venti 3pumps white mocha and a breakfast sandwich. We even corrected the order on the screen and guess what they gave us the regular 5pumps white mocha. It’s too sweet and I can’t drink it. I think it is amazing that 9 out of 10 times they can’t get these drinks right no matter what state we are in. Why, I don’t understand. We were visiting a family member in Michigan and heading back home so can’t even turn around to get it corrected. Spend over $20 on drinks that we can’t even drink. I shall never go to Starbucks again.

This is a very busy location; it always seems to have a line when I visit. But they are great at keeping the line moving quickly.

While I was in the drive thru this morning 3/10/24 my car was hit by an employee bringing out the garbage. She hit my car hard. I looked at her. She tried to pretend she didn’t do it and walk away. When I yelled that she hit my car she yelled sorry and took off! When I reported it at the window nothing was done. I find this ridiculous! Why would they not get a manager ? Absolutely the worse service ever!

The lady was extremely rude tonight I think she was racist the way she treated me I don’t usually have bad experiences at starbucks but tonight they made me wait an extra long time for a grande dragon refresher drink and when I tried to explain to her that I wanted bento she raised her voice at me and just had a bad attitude so I told her nvm THUMBS DOWN
