Starbucks

Just ordered two Venti, 1 Frap & 1 cookie crumble with decaf, two of the worst drinks from Starbucks, could not go back in to tell them its bad; Order extra caramel and there was no extra caramel at all; The young man wanted to remove the whip cream and put extra caramel over and put the whip cream on top of it, I said no! It should have been right the 1st time; Both drink were very very bland..

Service was horrible had to ask for receipts. 2x had 2 different orders. And the person at the register didn't act like she knew what she was doing.

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Just wish they would use less ice. I order the same drink but usually from 159th in Orland and never had as much ice. This is like my 3rd time ordering and the picture shows the ice melted. 9

Okay, location. Staff is friendly and helpful and the drinks are good.
