Wonderful as always

Music is WAY too loud, like you cant even hear your own head phones or others talking to you. Its way too loud, the place is empty because you cant hear anyone talking so nobody wants to sit in that. Staff is rude

Every time I order from this location they take at least 15 minutes to prepare a drink, busy or not. This last time I ordered two venti drinks and I had to tell them after twenty minutes that my order had yet to be prepared and called out. The drinks nor price justify the lack of customer service and timely manner (or lack thereof) in which they are prepared and delivered to the customer. Reminds me why I often prefer small chain coffee shops or Dunkin’ Donuts, stronger & better coffee that is prepared in less than five minutes. They do not have enough staff to accommodate the large influx of drinks, and between the rude customers they get and high demand they are unable to provide quality service, drinks or reasonable prices. Parking: Lots of parking but it fills up quickly Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, lots of students come to do work.
