As a daily customer of this Starbucks, it was certainly unfortunate to have experienced such poor customer service this morning. Arrived at 7:20 to find the doors locked (after the app said I couldn’t order ahead). I knocked on the door (there wasn’t their usual note); an employee approached but clearly ignored me as she gathered supplies from the cupboard - I continued to knock and no response…she was maybe 3’ away from me. To that employee - shame on you - it costs nothing to be a decent human being, acknowledge someone’s presence, and you simply couldn’t rise to the occasion.
