Starbucks

They’re always closed… very confusing.

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 2 years, and it's our go-to coffee shop in the area. Unfortunately, about 4 or 5 months ago they remodeled and removed ALL indoor seating and tables, turning it into a "takeout only" coffee shop. The best part about Starbucks is the ability to sit down and relax for a few minutes in peice and quite before continuing on with a busy day. It's very unfortunate that they decided to go this route, and hopefully (long shot, I know) they decide to reverse course.

Really cold experience. Can’t order in store and you just stand there randomly waiting. Terrible concept.

Its a coffee shop, but plot twist: you can't actually order coffee there. 0 stars for app driven retail.

This location is so annoying. You cannot order in person! This is only for picking up mobile orders. If you don’t have the app…to bad! If you don’t want to get the app…to bad! You at a cool idea but practically idiotic I feel to only serve the app customers. My wife spent over 5 minutes trying to get the app and order the item she wanted and had a whole hassle.

Another online only location. Human contact at the coffee shop is a thing of the past. No more tipping, no friendly interaction while you wait in an empty store with no chairs looking at other peoples drinks who aren't there. This is what happens when you have a mega corporation with too much time on their hands.

Everything about this Starbucks location deserves nothing but zero stars…… they do not know how to make people’s drinks properly they act like they don’t know how to read a label! Don’t come to this location unless you want a messed up drink and long wait times!

People should stop complaining about the mobile ordering. You're in 2024 for God's sake. Grow up! Wonderful store
