Great staff and Refreshers!
The only reason I'm commenting on buying a capuchino in the drive-thru is to vent my irritation with the tip prompt. It's an expensive drink for what is basically a button push on a machine and for so-called barristas most Starbucks put too much milk in it which makes it a latte. Sorry, just fed up with America's tip regime.
It is 430pm on Wed Aug 17, 2022 I'm giving this place 5 stars even though they did not have the cookie crumples for the drink I was about to order. I'm a creature a habit so it's rare that I order anything new and being told that you don't have the one thing that makes a drink special... I digress. The whole point of this review is to talk about the attitude of the gentleman in the drive-through. Not only is his voice Warm and inviting, His demeanor is everything you want from someone taking your order and handing your drink.

I don't think the same person still works here but the service I received was still good. Whoever does the training at this starbucks deserves a pay increase. When there so many young people everywhere giving horrible service this place remains consistent. Thank you for the wonderful job you do. This is a very busy Starbucks and as a whole Starbucks customers are very demanding.
I am absolutely sick of this Starbucks location. It's always something. I am writing this review while waiting for my drink - I've been sitting here for 45 minutes. That's just absolutely unacceptable.
The design of this location is a serious problem - drivers try to squeeze past drivers in line, but there isn't enough room for that, and I just witnessed some moron with a trailer bang up a car in line.
Now, to be clear, most of the employees I've interacted with here are perfectly fine. Many are very nice and courteous. I don't blame them at all, really. I blame Starbucks corporate and I blame management.
The drinks taste bad these days and they're significantly overpriced, and that's all across the board in the United States.
But I will never go to this specific location again. That's a promise I'm making to myself after this experience.
Staff was nice. Dining area a DISASTER! Choose a different place to work. Uncomfortable chairs not well kept. Probably not long until this is a drive thru only location.
Espresso was burnt and under extracted, americano was too watery, and the cold foam wasn’t aerated enough to stay separated from the coffee. The workers here are really kind and friendly, the service is great, and I have nothing against them, but the coffee is just poorly executed. I’ve ordered coffee multiple times from this location and every time there’s something wrong. Go support a local coffee shop instead.
Person at window had trouble taking order. Didn’t know where button for Green tea was and did not communicate with us at drive thru. We thought she had lost connection. Finally got our order placed and when received drink it was not correct. Ask for two extra scoops of matcha and it was way too light. We asked her to remake and she was snotty and rude. Worst service ever at a Starbucks.
A girl in a pink shirt was very rude I can feel she had a sort of attitude and I don’t like the new workers there
I believe this is one of the BEST Star Bucks

Don’t let the long line fool you, it moves quicker than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m not sure if I stop here for the coffee or the warmth and kindness that’s received every morning at 7am. I commute an hour to work and pass 2 other locations on my way up but would rather postpone my caffeine so I can visit this location specifically. Thank you to all of the wonderful, hardworking team members there, especially Pam! You make the start of peoples days extra joyful!
I have always had good experiences at the drive through window of this Starbucks with pleasant, helpful staff but today, Abbey won the prize for the best customer service ever! I completely forgot my wallet and when I promised to return with payment, Abbey patiently listened to me then handed me my latte anyway and with a beautiful smile and said no worries! I am back with twice the payment for my latte and a restored faith in truly good people. Thank you Abbey! You are an angel!
Not to friendly this day they just did there jobs employees change frequently my drink was ok not sweet as I expected kind of watery taste versus strawberry or coffee taste.
the male working at the drive thru at 12pm today had a major attitude. extremely unpleasant which in turn makes your customers reconsider spending their money at your establishment.
