She didn't get my order right and when I asked her to remake it, I could hear in her voice that she didn't want to do it.

If you have time go to the Starbucks down the street…. The service in Metro Market is substandard. I had a girl make my drink with wet hands. She was trying to unplug the sink (all) while shifting back and forth to make my drink. And she had a bad attitude…If you cover up the Starbucks logo…you would think you’re at a side walk coffee stand. They need to take advice from (Chick fa la) in customer service. If cleanliness and service is important go down the street. I sure will!!!! They lost me as a customer.

It's Starbucks. Not much to say about a $5 cup of coffee.

this starbucks has the vibes. the staff make me feel safe AF and they always play good music like beyonce and phoenix. bless up

Went to visit this store today and experienced some I never thought I would handed the cashier my money to receive mine bk thrown on the counter instead of saying some to her I took it to the manager which did nothing
