Starbucks

Rude , arrogant and stupid ... the teens working there don't know what they are doing and make the drinks wrong. DESI who works at this location has a DISGUSTING attitude that needs to get checked . Literally would give 0 stars if I could . Also MAX does not even acknowledge the customers when handing their drinks like if he SCARED to say their name . Ur in Wrong business buddy .

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon crunch which is my go to. This was my first time at this outlet and it was not a good experience. First of all, 2 people were standing beside the line, not wanting to order and the receptionist knew that but still did not say anything. My drink which was a grande, was mostly whipped cream where my actual drink was only half of the cups size. The blend was also mostly ice and no flavor. I expect Starbucks to look after their employees and how they treat their customers where they do not respect them and the job.

Honestly would give this site a 0 stars if possible. The employee Reese was super rude. First they made my order wrong (I wasn’t rude or anything) and as I was letting him know he tell me well that what I made and I just gave him a confused look he proceeded to take the drink and dump it on the sink throwing and slamming everything around him. He proceeded to make the drink correctly and throws the straw at my 12 year old who was waiting for his drink. No supervisor was at that site but I did get his name and never going back

4/1 I did a mobile order for a grande strawberry açaí. When I picked up my drink, I asked for an ice water since you can not order online. The barista told me to go stand in line for the water. UNBELIEVABLE!

I asked the lady that took my Order for just an iced water they gave the gentleman before me his coffee while he was ordering and I was left waiting for my water so I ended up leaving because I had to get to work without it

The lids of the tea pitchers were so gross. Thick algae type floaters. My tea was cloudy. How have they not failed an inspection? They couldn’t even be bothered to stop their conversation to acknowledge me. I will take rude people over filth any day. I promptly threw the tea in the trash.

Worst customer service ever I order a Trenta black tea with my pineapple and ask the cashier if I needed to add sweetenerand she said no it was already sweetened so I said ok. when the drink was given to me, I drank from it and it was not sweet , so I said excuse me can I get sweetener? One of the young girls turned around and looked at me like I had asked for her Soul…and She said which kind and I said classic and I said oh it’s cause I thought the base was going to be sweet and she looked at me with a an annoyed face and said like the base is black tea. It’s not sweetened ..and I’m like oh ok. I kinda knew that already . but I didn’t tell her that the other girl told me it was sweet so I just took the sweetener. She literally gave me the cup just turned around and I said thank you , didn’t even say is there something else I can do for you or maybe I don’t know offer me more sweetener since she did see. I had a Trenta cup .. there was like 3 young employees I didn’t get names there was a younge male guy. He was nice him and the cashier were nice but the other barista girls that were there were horrible super rude. Super disappointed. I’m not sure if me being darker skin had anything to do with the girls annoyed face .but somebody should teach em customer service manners .

This Starbucks always seem to be out of certain drinks and customizations for drinks. I understand it’s at a mall and it gets busy but them running out of things seem to happen more often than not. And this is the only Starbucks I can go to that’s convenient for me since I work at the mall. Plus, the service is not always the best at this Starbucks. Very disappointing. Please do better.
