The two people who were working at the time of this post (man&women) are not good baristas!! They were flirting and touching each other while working and made my $10 coffee (white mocha/ 4 blond shots/no whip/10 pumps of white chocolate) absolutely suck!!

Nasty cashier. Not one person in line , waited 5 minutes for him to finish chatty chatting with his coworkers. Didn’t come over to register until I said “ Hi” he has a disgusting attitude. Gross.
This store needs customer service. I did a mobile order and I still had to wait 25 minutes. There was only 1 bartista. He was SO backed up on mobile & store orders and super slow on making them. There was no other employee trying to help to speed up the process of getting drinks out to the customers. The others were talking in the back & not paying attention to the attention THIS STORE NEEDS!!! Then when getting my drinks they were both WRONG. The sticker literally says what it is and what is added on. Nope it’s either they don’t care or they just don’t bother to read it. This always happens at this location and nothing is done about it. This is one of the locations I don’t want to visit. Starbucks customer service is hopeless too. Rude and don’t do anything about it. I’ll go to Peet’s instead.
This location’s very nice, friendly, and clean! I ordered a couple of drinks and Sylvia was so helpful and thoughtful of making sure my drinks were all correct, if I needed anything, and giving me recommendations on foods and drinks! Kid-friendliness: Saw a couple of kids with their friends and parents
