Starbucks

After a 59-minute drive to soccer tournament, I needed a coffee. To begin with , it was literally empty (2 more customers), and that should have triggered me to leave. Not only was the croissants burned. They took longer than other packed places, and the manager was very unpolite and rude after I asked for a sleeve for our drinks (4 very hot drinks) . She THREW the sleeves in the counter saying "Don't freak if you don't see a sleeve on your drink ,we're not supposed to hand them off anymore.But the other 2 customers got their sleeves... I'm very disappointed. Just had to say You guys really make me appreciate the starbucks from home "Fitzgerald Starbucks in Pinole CA. YOU ROCK!! The BEST !! "

as bad as it gets. gave this place a second chance but got the same result. overheated latte, zero microfoam. pretty much scalding hot milk with lousy coffee.
