Starbucks

Apart from being expensive, please employ people who want to work in a job that means mixing with the public ! And its nothing to do with the wages, just bad attitude

Given the wrong drink Asked for a white hot chocolate and was given a latte. Staff weren't welcoming and even when we tried talking to them they and they were short and abrupt.

Not the best Starbucks.

All of the baristas here are fantastic! They remember your name, are fun to chat with, and incredibly friendly. Makes this chain feel like a local Cafe! Will, Meagan, Jack and a few others are just amazing!

It's a Starbucks attached to a Sainsbury's. It used to be Sainsbury's cafe. The problem for me is that it doesn't have a cosy atmosphere. Considering Starbuck's price, there are far better options in Sale. This one lacks the warmth and the only way to improve it was if they upgraded furniture and created more "spaces" within it. Right now, it feels more like a cantine.
