Cashier very inpatient! Had to wait 8 mins before placing order
I went through the drive thru and mentioned I had a rewards card I did not expect her to use all my points, she didn’t ask me if I wanted to even use my points, she just used my points without asking if that’s what I wanted, I’ve been saving for a free cup. I am pissed. I have to start over again. Not cool.

Placed a mobile, I waited and my app told me my order was ready. I was still waiting I told the woman working at the bar closest to the door I’ve been waiting for my drinks and the app says it’s ready. The women tells me she has no control over the app and my drinks aren’t ready this is inexcusable. I’ve never had a problem like this at this store. Name tag said Alyssa, she was rude, unhelpful and didn’t seem to care
It’s very noticeable that there is new management, because this store has gone downhill. I am Always waiting about 30 mins for mobile drinks that I place in advance so there is enough time for them to make it and it’s still not ready. Wont be coming back to this location
