Starbucks

So we came in a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience with extremely rude female staff who were too busy talking to one another and because of this we were not going to come back. However I had to pop to sainsburys and we decided to give it one last chance. Adam and Joe made our experience so special and completely turned around our opinion. So happy and smiley not in a fake or Over the top way but simply just by being friendly and welcoming. They problem solved to perfection twice, once because of my error and once because of my nieces choice in drinks which she didn't like one of the new flavours, Her drink was promptly swapped and didn't even charge her. Well done to Joe and Adam on great customer service and we will definitely be back.

Shut at 2.30 with no explanation, staff inside couldn't be bothered to explain. Regular customer lost!

Ordered via the mobile app, said 5-7 minutes for availability, walked in after 5 minutes and coffees were ready and waiting. The lovely girl behind the counter checked which order I was to ensure I had the correct drinks. Lovely service, clean, roomy store, and good drinks!

Absolute joke cracks in the lids of the cups caused a flood like spill in the car. Electronics are Capput. Mickey Mouse joint never seen anything like it in my life I’ve seen better lids on buckets.

Was excited to get my pumpkin latte, only to be disappointed with the whole experience, I asked for the reusable cup the girl had no idea what I was talking about. I explained I wanted the reusable cup with my pumpkin latte in as advertised on the screen behind her. She said they don't have them in. I then asked for the price of the the ones that was on the shelf as there was no clear price on anything! She said they was £15.99 I ordered my coffees and took the paper cup provided but i decided I wanted the £4.99 colour changing reusable cup took her all her effort to interact with me. In the end the lad cleaning the cake stand came over. Very poor service wont be returning the coffee was basic didn't taste very pumpkin latte like.

No tea available at Ripley Starbucks within Sainsburys Ripley absolutely. Ridiculous Not for 2 days . Staff not bothered poor attitude Dietary restrictions: This doesn’t apply no prion

The staff here are amazing and friendly. I love an opportunity to pop in to say hi and to have a great coffee. Vegetarian options: Good option, Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly

Lovely atmosphere, and accommodating staff, Justyna was particularly hospitable and helpful; she offered me a great recommendation and was very patient when I wasn't sure what to have.
