Love getting a Grande Hot Chai Latte on these crisp mornings

Very poor service, the worst Starbucks forever.

Love the new carryout only atmosphere. Service is so much quicker now staff is just as attentive. I will wait in line here before I will go to the one located across the street in target.

I love this place. Mr. Handsome Pants loves his parrachino & the staff love to feed him his treat.

Went in today around 8:05am and I asked the lady at the front counter by the name Nikki if my 2 drinks of a iced vanilla latte and a grande cappuccino were ready and she simply had attitude and said NO. Then I checked and in my app it said it was ready and then she said she never got it but then a second later she got it. I asked her to hurry up making my drinks because I was going to be late to work. By all means avoid this location because Nikki messed up my iced drink by putting a lot of ice in it when I said light ice.
