We waited a long time for the drinks, there were plenty of staff, they seemed interested in other matters.

Wasn’t that busy, had to wait about 10 mins before actually getting my drink and was still made wrong. There were three people working at the stand.

Inside Safeway store, the staff member was friendly and very efficient.

I like the people that work here, very nice and polite. Always make my drink perfectly, I don't like it to sweet, and it's always just right.

Machine has been broken for over a week should be called Starbucks juice not Starbucks coffee so frustrating

I was severely disappointed. I love my caramel bruele but customer service is bad. They can not help you if you make a mistake when ordering. There are better places to get a coffee.

Great service and good coffee. Would have been more stars/higher rating had they followed my request if a "very hot" ds mocha.. but guessing their machine is auto set @ certain temps.
